Unima 2000 Systemy Teleinformatyczne offers a service called Telecomputing Audit, within which the following activities will be conducted at your company:

•     a visit at the customer’s company in order to collect the essential data regarding the structure of the telephone traffic generated by the customer on the basis of billings, invoices etc., lists of current costs connected with telecommunication for the period of the last 6 months
•         filling in a survey showing the current state of the customer’s telecomputing system, taking into consideration the structure of the system, the type of used devices and subscriber switchboards supplied to the telecommunication lines objects, charges taken by operators for services rendered for the customer
•         preparation and analysis of the collected data from the period of the last six months in the aspect of the structure of the telephone traffic, costs of connections divided into their individual types (local, trunk, international connections, connections to mobile operators) in order to implement actions enabling a radical (20-40%) reduction of costs of individual connections and subscriptions
•     presenting the proposal of a telecommunication solution in the scope of the telecommunication equipment together with the costs of realization of the suggested solution and the choice of most optimal charges, both for stationary and mobile connections.
